Game Overview

PiedDog is a fast-paced competitive typing game. It allows players to earn in-game coins by watching ads and referring friends. These coins are exchanged for gameplay items and points.

Points determine leaderboard rankings and player ranks. Real money payouts will begin in Q3 2025, with a focus on fair play and community building.

Monetization Strategy
  1. Ad Revenue: Coins are earned through watching rewarded ads.
  2. Referrals: Players earn coins for inviting friends.
  3. Coin Use: Coins buy points, which are used to buy lives, powerups, and shop items.
  4. Shop Items: Various powerups and cosmetics available in the shop.
  5. Future In-Game Purchases: From Q3 onwards, additional purchase options will be available.
Player Ranks and Clan System

Ranks from lowest to highest: E, D, C, B, A, S.

  • E to C Rank: Earned based on consistent gameplay, points, and engagement.
  • B Rank: Top 20% of players weekly.
  • A Rank: Top 10% of players, also active in feedback, social media, and referrals.
  • S Rank: Elite players (limited to top 10 globally). Rewarded $100/month starting Q4.

Rank is recalculated weekly based on performance and leaderboard standings.

Clans allow group competition. Clan rankings are based on member performance. Top clans get visibility and exclusive rewards.

Roadmap
